Personal Training sessions are a time to focus on your own development. You may want to split a session into half Pilates and half cardiovascular, it may just be Pilates you want to focus on, or you may want to work on developing your cardiovascular strength with just a background of Pilates principles to enable you to get the most out of your body and avoid injury.
Nutrition is an important part of any training program whether it is to achieve a more balanced, healthy weight or to ensure you get the most out of your body when training. Not fuelling your muscles properly after workouts will affect your performance dramatically. Using a food diary is a good way of monitoring what you are eating and when, and I can advise you on this a well as the physical side of the training.
The sessions can be based at your own home, at a local park or from my own home. They may be focused around losing weight, alleviating pain, getting into fitness training or upping your fitness levels to perform better in a particular event. Once we have identified your goals then we an work towards achieving them both through the sessions and through your personally tailored home program.
